How To Access MetroNet, Online Banking:

No enrollment is necessary. Simply input your member number and MetroLine access code on the right side of this page under Online Banking Log In (please call or ask a branch representative to issue you a MetroLine access code). This access code will grant you temporary access to online banking. You will be prompted to select a more secure password once you're logged in. For log in assistance, please call our Phone Center at 619.297.4835 during regular business hours.




Attention Quicken Users: Quicken sync has been updated March 19, 2008. Due to the update, current Quicken Users will need to delete your existing SDMCU accounts and add us again to the Quicken Cash Flow  'Add Accounts' process. We apologize for this inconvenience. Quicken and MS Money Personal Finance Software Users


You now have the capability to download account information directly into Quicken and MS Money.

Downloading your Credit Union information directly lets you manage your personal and household finances quickly and easily without manually entering each withdrawal, payment or deposit.

To Initiate a Sync:

To start the direct connectivity with your SDMCU account, simply add San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union during the New/Add Accounts set up process in Quicken and MS Money OR:

QUICKEN
  1. Launch Quicken and from the Cash Flow option on the menu bar, select Cash Flow Center, then Add Accounts.
  2. Select San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union from the list of financial institutions.
  3. Follow the sign on steps. You will be prompted to input your MetroNet login ID, Password and Answer to the ID Theft Defense security question.
Please Note: For security, a new and separate Quicken password will be required to complete the sync process. Passwords must be 6 to 8 digits in length and can include alpha or numeric characters.

MS MONEY
  1. On the HOME tab, select Set up a new account in the My Money section.
  2. Follow the prompts and select San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union in the Select a bank or brokerage page.
  3. You will be prompted to input your Metronet login ID, Password and Answer to the ID Theft Defense security question.
