We realize many of you will be traveling or making travel plans this holiday season. Please call or email us at least 3 days prior to any travel so we can place specific travel notes (and update travel/contact phone information) for your Visa Debit, ATM and Credit Cards.
As a service to our cardholders, we monitor card transactions for possible fraud and suspicious activities. If the transaction is outside your normal pattern of use, such as the case of being outside the country on vacation, your card may be blocked to protect your account from possible ID theft, fraud, or stolen information. Please note - When sending an email, please include: travel dates, information on additional METRO cardholders that may also be traveling with you, destination of travel (some states or countries have specific security blocks), whether or not the card is a METRO Credit Card, ATM or Debit Card, and the best contact number where we can reach you during your travels.
