E-Notices are a great way to reduce and eliminate paper clutter. When you elect to receive e-documents, you will no longer receive select notices through regular mail. Instead, email alerts will be sent informing you that there are notices ready to be viewed in MetroNet.

How To Enroll:
Log on to MetroNet. Click on Additional Services tab then Online Documents. Select 'Electronic' for Notices under the Enroll options. Accept the Terms & Conditions by clicking 'Agree'. It's that simple! Best of all, switch back to paper anytime.
There are no monthly fees for electronic statements or notices. In order to receive e-notices, you will need a computer with internet access, web browser such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.5 or higher, Firefox 2.0 or higher, Safari 1.0 or higher, Chrome 1.0 or higher, Opera 2.0 or higher with 128-bit encryption, a valid email address and MetroNet access code. Acrobat Reader 6.0 or higher to view notices & saved statements in PDF format. If you elect to receive your notices in electronic format, San Diego Metropolitan Credit Union paper notices associated with your account(s) will no longer be mailed via U.S. Postal Service. You may obtain a paper copy of your account notices by contacting the Credit Union. You may withdraw your consent to receive e-statements and cancel e-notices services at any time by clicking on the Additional Services tab then Online Documents through Online Banking and selecting "Paper" instead of "Electronic" under the Enroll option, or by notifying us in writing.
